DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFO

At HardwareStore.lk, we ensure all your orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, via a selected courier service offering the safest and fastest shipping methods.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer same-day delivery within Colombo (T&C Apply). For same-day delivery, we can use PickMe Flash, where the customer bears the excess delivery cost.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days within Sri Lanka. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product. HardwareStore.lk includes the weight and size of each package in every product description. Free shipping will be indicated on certain products during promotions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At HardwareStore.lk, we offer various shipping methods, selectable at checkout. We’ve partnered with reliable shipping companies for international deliveries. Please review the terms and conditions of our delivery partners when selecting international shipping methods.

  • Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes 5-20 days, though delays may occur due to customs clearance.
  • Tracking: Contact the courier company using the tracking number for updates on delivery status.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order is invoiced and dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

DAMAGE & MISSING ITEMS

To process your request for damages:

  1. Provide pictures of the damaged product.
  2. Include pictures of the packaging.

We will strictly follow proof submission guidelines to provide the best solution for your order. (Refer to our Return Policy for more details.)

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If your order has not been received within the specified timeframe:

If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the product, reach out to us immediately.

Important Note:
If delivery is not accepted within 6 days or you are unreachable, we will cancel your order and refund the payment after deducting shipping attempt charges and bank charges to the same payment method.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

At HardwareStore.lk, we strive to maintain accurate stock levels. However, there may be instances where a product is out of stock. In such cases:

  • We will notify you within 24 hours.
  • Your payment will be refunded to the same payment method.
